It’s always a lightbulb moment for me to see my paintings in peoples homes, it’s even more satisfying when places there by an awesome professional who knows what goes where and how to make spaces really tick! First leg of summer holiday done 👍 Paris was sizzling hot.. I was frying like a piece of bacon in the sun watching the Archery and it was AWESOME! Not the frying bit. Emotional is a word I get alot with regard to my paintings, but rarely has one piece brought up so much emotion, from me but mostly the parents of the children in my daughter’s class. I wanted to say Thankyou to their teacher (because she is awesome) so I worked this up for her on a huge piece of watercolour paper. We gave it to her today, and it was a kind of magical moment, to see her face and her reaction. As the husband of a head teacher, brother in law of two head teachers, cousin of another and step father/ father in law to two more and uncle of another three- bloody brilliant. My wife is quite emotional about it!!
